As Vice President of the Marketing Club, I turned our focus to expand the club's outreach beyond marketing majors to other business majors and students within the College of Arts & Sciences interested in marketing and public relations. I directed three major professional events to bridge the gap between marketing students and their career paths post-graduation with companies including Oracle, Yelp, Revel Systems, Pantheon, and a previous TEDTalk speaker.

In addition, I created, fully managed, and wrote all content for the USF Marketing Club website.

With IDEO design and innovation expert John Stoddard, I was able to learn about the design-thinking process, share value propositions, and potential strategic frameworks with professors and faculty. As one of the student voices for the Innovation Strategy Board Meeting, I contributed input on student perspectives for each business major based on my diverse work experience. This committee exposed me to what's important across students, faculty, professors, and alumni in a business curriculum, and gave me a new perspective about university education that I hadn't known before.

After undergoing an intensive tax training program to thoroughly learn tax protocols and become IRS certified, I prepared and filed tax returns for low to moderate-income individuals through USF's VITA Program. I also provided quality assurance checks to make sure each client received a maximum federal and state refund.
