University of San Francisco

I earned my B.Sc. in Marketing at the University of San Francisco.

Aside from strengthening my marketing acumen, I looked for ways to learn about other areas through taking entrepreneurship classes, tutoring students on how to prototype online businesses, volunteering with our local volunteer tax return preparation group, assisting in redesigning USF's business curriculum, and helping lead a flash mob! Here's more on my work during my time at USF.

Additional Workshops & Bootcamps

I constantly work to improve myself and my knowledge on topics outside of my career such as human centered design-thinking, prototyping, and user experience. These topics encompass a variety of domains and are applicable everywhere, so I work to learn as much as possible through articles on Harvard Business Review, Medium, and LinkedIn. Several classes I've taken at General Assembly are listed below!

UX Design Bootcamp: I learned about the overall UX Design process in more detail. I created a wireframe of a parking app on paper, and brought it to life on the iOS POP App.

Sketch for Non-Designers: This class introduced Sketch and resources websites. I created a prototype of dog-sitting app on Sketch and made it clickable on InVision.

Design(think)-ing Your Future: This class showed how to apply design-thinking to your life path, and how to create prototypes of several iterations of possible different life paths.

Python Bootcamp: This 8 hour bootcamp introduced how to write basic Python scripts such as if statements, lists, tuples, loops, and datetime packages.
